Next Level Mindset provides browser tools, typing practice, articles and motivational content. This policy explains the data used by the current website and the advertising features that may be enabled later.
Information you submit
The contact form sends your name, email address, subject and message to the site owner by email. Newsletter signup stores the submitted email address and signup time in protected server storage. We use this information only to answer the message, operate the requested subscription, prevent duplicate subscriptions and handle deletion or unsubscribe requests.
Technical and security data
The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, browser details, requested URL and security logs. The form handler temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from IP address and browser information for rate limiting; entries older than ten minutes are removed when the limiter is updated. We do not publish these records.
Files, tools and local storage
PDF and image tools in this build process selected files inside the browser. Typing progress, tool preferences and invoice drafts may use browser local storage. These local values remain on the device until the user or browser clears them. Address search sends the entered place query to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, and map views request OpenStreetMap tiles. Browser geolocation is requested only after the user chooses the location feature.
Language translation and external resources
Selecting a non-English website language loads Google Translate and may set a language preference cookie. Google Fonts may receive ordinary network information when fonts load. Links to social platforms open those third-party websites; their own privacy terms apply.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled on public website pages using measurement ID G-3JXJWK59TX. Depending on the visitor's browser, consent choices and Google's configuration, Analytics may process page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, referral source and interactions with website features. We use this information to understand aggregate website usage, diagnose problems and improve content and tools; we do not ask Google Analytics to collect names, email addresses, payment details or the contents of files processed in browser-based tools.
Google may process Analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation. Where consent is legally required, the applicable consent configuration must be completed before non-essential analytics storage is used. Visitors can also use browser controls or Google's available opt-out tools.
Google AdSense and advertising
No live AdSense publisher ID or ad unit is included in this release. If advertising is activated, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to deliver, measure and protect personalized or non-personalized ads. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center.
For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising will not be activated until an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform is configured. The consent message will provide clear accept, reject and manage choices where required.
Digital purchases and Razorpay
When you buy an e-book, we process the name, email address, mobile number, product, order amount, payment status and gateway references needed to create the order, verify payment, prevent fraud, deliver purchased files and provide support. A My Library account is created for the checkout email; passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes, never as readable passwords. Temporary one-way password-reset token hashes may also be stored. Card, UPI PIN, OTP and banking credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Next Level Mindset. Razorpay processes payment data under its own privacy and security terms.
For secure delivery, the store records a one-way hash of limited request information, payment event records, temporary download-token hashes and download counts. These records are used to protect paid files, prevent abuse and resolve order issues.
Retention and user choices
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer and maintain essential records. Newsletter addresses are retained until the subscriber asks to unsubscribe or delete them. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention settings. You may request access, correction, deletion or newsletter removal by emailing nextlevelmindset970@gmail.com.
International visitors and children
Third-party providers may process data in countries different from the visitor's country. The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If personal information from a child is discovered, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
Security and policy updates
Reasonable access controls, HTTPS and protected server storage are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
